Herbal Jelly Powder from Eu Yan Sang (only available in Malaysia)
Preparation
- Pour 1 packet of 50 gm herbal jelly powder into a bowl.
- Add in 250 ml cool water and mix well.
- Bring to boil 1 litre of water, add in 150 gm sugar.
- Turn to low flame then pour in the herbal jelly mixture and continuously stir for 10 mins.
- Filter the boiled herbal jelly mixture and pour it into a bowl. Leave to cool and ready to serve with or without honey.
